Cedarbrook Farm is offers a unique venue that will be of special interest to larger groups. It is a turn of the century post and beam barn that has been renovated as a large open concept meeting place. It boasts lots of natural light, has 30 foot ceilings, a magnificent stone fireplace, two washrooms, a smaller break out / meeting room, loft area and kitchen.

It provides a uniquely private, comfortable space for workshops and meetings. We combine elegant, casual seating as well as board table set-ups. Meals and snacks can also be served in this space.

The Barn is part of "Field Mouse Farm" and abuts Cedarbrook Farm. It is only a short walk from Cedarbrook, across a bridge and stream and up a pathway to the barn. During break times, the property provides picturesque walking trails through woods and fields.

SPECIAL NOTES: 1. Participants should be aware that SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED in or near buildings. A designated area outside is provided. 2. PARKING: Guests will park in a designated field and walk to the barn facility via a pathway and a bridge across a small stream. Therefore, please inform your guests to dress appropriately for walking (i.e. sensible footwear / bring extra for indoors, umbrella, overcoat, etc.). Note that high heeled shoes are not appropriate for the barn. Facilitators may unload materials and equipment directly outside the barn before parking in the field. We will assist with valet parking if requested. 3. MEALS: If participants have severe food allergies, please notify us well ahead of time in order for us to make provisions in our menu planning.

For reservations, a 25% deposit payable to Cedarbrook Farm via cheque / Visa / money order is required to confirm booking.
