1. Smoking: At Cedarbrook Farm, smoking is not permitted in or near any buildings. Each site has a designated outdoor smoking area and smoking will not be tolerated outside these designated areas.

2. Washroom Facilities for Outdoor Events: The washrooms at the main house and coach house are reserved for overnight bed and breakfast guests ONLY. Port-O-lets will be arranged for outside events. The "Barn" facility is equipped with 2 washrooms.

3. Parking: Cars are parked in designated areas (i.e. usually fields behind the barn) in order to keep the main event areas clear to preserve natural farm and garden areas. As guests are expected to walk short distances, we strongly recommend you inform them to dress appropriately for weather conditions and choose "sensible" footwear. Parking areas will be lit for night time departures.

4. General Safety: For safety, we do not allow guests to enter the "working barn" (i.e. with animals, hayloft, etc.) at events. We have electric fences on that are around the horses and therefore warn guests not to touch the wire (it can be a shocker but will not be damaging to you).

5. Children: All children must be supervised on the property by their parents / guardians and not left unattended. With prior notice, we can assist in finding babysitters.

6. Taxi Service: We will call cabs if guests wish to leave their vehicles on site or need rides to other accommodation. Lead time of 20-45 minutes required.
